Refunds and Returns for Regular Orders
We stand behind the quality of every product we produce. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return the products for a refund. You must notify us within 14 days of your package delivery date to receive a refund. Please include a brief note detailing your order - including your order number, first and last name, and reason for your return. Returns can be sent to the following address:

Auto-Delivery Subscription Policies
By purchasing an auto-delivery order, you agree to an initial and recurring subscription fee at the listed subscription rate, and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation.
Auto-Delivery Terms: Once you place your first auto-delivery order, TruSelf Organics will automatically process your subscription fee, and prepare your order. TruSelf Organics will continue to automatically process your order based on the frequency you selected (monthly, quarterly, etc.) at the auto-delivery rate without further notice to you or authorization from you, until you cancel your auto-delivery subscription. We explain how to cancel your auto-delivery subscription below in the section "Cancellation Policy".
Auto-Delivery Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your auto-delivery subscription after two billing cycles by sending a cancellation request to our Customer Service Department. You may contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling 1-888-225-7457. If you have not yet made it through your second billing cycle, you will be required to pay a cancellation fee (based on your selected product). If you wish to cancel your auto-delivery subscription, the cancellation will take effect for your next billing cycle; once your order is processed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Auto-Delivery Return Policy: You may not return any auto-delivery orders you receive unless they arrive damaged or defective . If you have concerns or need clarification, please contact us via email at email@example.com.
Discounts and Promo Codes
Discount/Promo codes must be entered at the time of checkout. We will not honor discount/promo codes after your order has been placed. Only one discount code can be used per order. If you are experiencing difficulties with discount codes, please contact us before placing your order.
If your products arrive damaged, broken or defective, we will replace the goods free of charge. Please notify us within 14 days of your package delivery date.
If you provided us with an incorrect or incomplete address upon checkout, please notify us ASAP here. This includes out-of-date addresses on PayPal accounts. If you fail to notify us of an address change prior to the shipment of your order, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs. Once the original package is returned to us and the additional shipping costs have been received, we will reship your order.
If you never received your products, you have 30 days from the day you placed your order to notify us. All packages are sent with a USPS Tracking Number. Tracking information is sent to the email account that you provided to us upon checkout.
For domestic packages: if your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you never received it, please contact your local postal carrier. We are not responsible for providing refunds if your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered.
For international packages: if you do not receive your package within 25 days, please contact your local postal carrier or customs office. If you still cannot locate your package, please click on the link below to contact our customer service department.
